About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to the General Manager, helping to lead the team, drive performance, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality
  • Experience managing high-volume operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding
  • Experience with stock control and ordering
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • A genuine desire to develop and progress within a growing company

We're a young, ambitious and growing business that believes our people are our greatest asset.

When you join us, you're not just taking another job — you're becoming part of a team that supports one another, celebrates success, and creates opportunities for growth.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary package based on experience
  • Share of tips and service charge
  • Company pension scheme
  • Generous staff discounts
  • Free or discounted meals whilst on shift
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression
  • Team social events and incentives
  • A fun, supportive and rewarding working environment
  • Flexible working patterns

Ready to Join Us?
