About Us:
We are a well-established Indian restaurant known for delivering authentic cuisine and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service
  • Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure all legal requirements and licensing regulations are followed

Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably in Indian cuisine)
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of house
  • Good understanding of UK food safety laws, licensing, and legal compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
