Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards and best practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support bartending duties when required, including preparing drinks and managing the bar area.
  • Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring high standards of service are upheld.

Requirements

Must have experience of working at a Nepalese and Indian cuisine!

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation is essential.
  • Familiarity with bartending techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to helping others and contributing positively to the team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
