Bartender & Mixologist – Chesterfield

Rikshawaz is expanding into Chesterfield with our exciting new restaurant and bar concept, and we’re looking for talented, enthusiastic Bartenders & Mixologists to join our team.

We’re looking for someone passionate about creating great drinks and delivering excellent customer service, with experience in cocktails, mixology and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine and other beverages
• Create and develop high-quality cocktails with an Asian/Indian influence
• Maintain excellent presentation and consistency across all drinks
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
• Follow licensing, hygiene and health & safety requirements
• Work effectively as part of a busy restaurant and bar team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar techniques
• Creative, energetic and passionate about hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
