Restaurant All-Rounder / Waiter / Server – Desi Pub & Indian Restaurant

Location: Old George, Colnbrook
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Weekdays, evenings and weekends required

We are looking for a confident, sharp and attentive Waiter / Server to join our team at a busy Desi pub and Indian restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment, such as an Indian restaurant, pub, bar, hospitality venue or busy food service business. This is an all-rounder role, so we need someone who is flexible, reliable and happy to help across different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently
  • Clear tables and keep the restaurant/bar area clean and tidy
  • Help with takeaway orders, bookings and general customer enquiries
  • Support the bar, restaurant and kitchen team where needed
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
  • Work well under pressure during busy periods

Requirements

The successful candidate must:

  • Have previous waiter/server or hospitality experience
  • Be confident speaking and understanding good English
  • Be sharp, attentive and well-presented
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced desi pub / Indian restaurant environment
  • Be a team player and willing to help wherever needed

Experience in an Indian restaurant, pub, bar or similar hospitality venue would be preferred.
