SUPERVISOR


ABOUT THE JOB

As Supervisor we want you to play a key role in the running of our day-to-day operations. This means you’ll work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of food, drink and hospitality. Our supervisors are real team leaders, for us it’s your first step on the career ladder so we’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop in the position. Experience is great but attitude is better so don’t worry if you’ve never done it before just bring the vibe and we’ll take care of the rest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site and Team Management: Help foster an open environment that supports the teams and welcomes guests like family.

  • Opens/Closes: following opening and closing procedures, being stock conscious, and ensuring the restaurant is neat and welcoming to guests.

  • Service and hospitality: Deliver a memorable experience to our guests by offering hospitality over service and creating an experience that people will remember.

  • Campaign delivery: Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, and training programs.
