Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for cocktails, exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment?

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience
  • Strong cocktail-making knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume bar environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards

Desirable

  • Experience working in premium restaurants, gastropubs, or cocktail bars
  • Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail trends
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Personal licence holder (advantageous but not essential)

  • Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
