Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Managing reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Coordinating table allocations to maximise service flow
• Answering telephone enquiries and booking requests
• Assisting guests with menu information and general enquiries
• Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area
• Working closely with restaurant management and service teams
• Ensuring guests receive a positive first and last impression of the venue

Essential Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy service periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a host, receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role
• Experience using reservation systems
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
