We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment with experience in fast premium casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your expertise in food preparation and team management will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
  • Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that enhance the dining experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
