  • Ensure meals are beautifully presented and meet dietary requirements.
  • Purchase and store food supplies appropriately, maintaining freshness and stock rotation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and place timely orders for ingredients and supplies.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
  • Support and train junior kitchen staff when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience working as a Chef in a high-volume, high-profile kitchen (such as a central production or large-scale catering operation).
  • Has strong culinary skills and knowledge of Mediterranean, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisines.
  • Holds a recognised culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Understands and adheres to kitchen health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains composure under pressure.
  • Is creative, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional food.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A supportive and professional work environment.
  • Opportunities for training, growth, and career progression.
  • The chance to work with a talented team and high-profile clients.
