Full job description

Who are we?
Award-Winning Indian Street Food and Drinks company. Good atmosphere, high profile customers, mind-blowing food and drink. With branches in Hammersmith, and Northfields, we have amazing customers and amazing staff.

Who are you?
Proven experience as a prep assistant is desirable, dark kitchen experience will be a bonus
Knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen
Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
A team player with good communication skills
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure

Curry Cook or a Tandoori Cook and have specialized in East/South or North Indian cuisine
Knowledge of Tandoor, Marinations will be a bonus but not a requirement

The ideal candidate must be reliable able to work with minimal supervision and have a passion for cooking

Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience
Some secondary school requirements - completion of secondary school is an asset, but not a requirement.
The applicant must be based in London and ready to start within 2 weeks
The right to work legally in the UK is mandatory
