We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales/Customer Success representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with existing customers and seeking new accounts within one of 3 publications we manage within the flooring and Tile/Stone industry we serve. The role s contacting them via email and telephone to promote our products and services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferable but not essential. Fluency in English is essential, with additional proficiency in Spanish/Italian considered a significant advantage. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a supportive environment.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound emails and telesales calls to prospective clients, engaging in B2B sales conversations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing customer accounts through personalized emails and follow-up calls, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise CRM software such as Engine Shed to record interactions, update client information, and track sales progress efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout all interactions, demonstrating excellent verbal skills in English.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and improving overall customer success metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable, but not essential, we can train you.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Engine Shed or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle objections professionally.
  • Previous experience working within a target-driven environment is advantageous but not essential.
