    • As a wine server your main role will be preparing and serving wine and other drinks to our guests as well as supporting our Assistant Sommelier and Sommelier.
    • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; a friendly, customer-focused attitude is key.

St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth is part of The Ainsworth Collection which includes our Michelin-star restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No6, Caffe Rojano, Padstow Townhouse and The Mariners Public House. As a member of our team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.

Based in Rock, St Enodoc has the most beautiful view over the estuary.

Our Role

The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing time.

As a wine server your main role will be preparing and serving wine and other drinks to our guests as well as supporting our Assistant Sommelier and Sommelier.

You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.

At The Ainsworth Collection we recruit people, not roles. Experience is desirable but not essential as in-house training will be given. More importantly, we are looking for the right person to join our family. This can be a full or part time role, with a flexible attitude to hours worked, ideally we are looking for a candidate that can be flexible across the 7 days and there are opportunities to progress, as well as work in our other businesses.

Working in hospitality does not mean working every single hour - we encourage our team members to adopt a healthy work life balance. If you already enjoy working in hospitality or would like the opportunity to find your passion and learn, we are looking for Bar & Waiting team members to join our Front of House team here at The Mariners Public House.
