The Role

As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll be the face of our business, delivering outstanding service to guests, clients, and visitors. You'll support a variety of hospitality services, from meeting room catering to corporate events, ensuring every experience is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Set up, serve, and clear hospitality meetings and events
• Serve food and beverages to the highest standards
• Maintain hospitality areas to an exceptional standard
• Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Represent Restaurant Associates and Compass Group professionally
