Role Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity within our Home Textiles team for a PR, Influencer & Collaborations Manager.

This role is responsible for building, managing, and elevating the brand's external presence and relationships across both the UK and US markets, spanning press, influencers, stylists, strategic partners, and cultural collaborators.

The successful candidate will oversee both agency management and direct relationship building, ensuring the brand is represented consistently, credibly, and proactively across earned media and partnership channels in both regions.

Beyond coordinating agency activity, this role will develop and nurture first-hand relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and creators, attend brand and industry events, and foster long-term partnerships that drive meaningful brand visibility and cultural relevance. Acting as a knowledgeable counterpart to external agencies, the role will provide informed feedback, structured planning, and clear performance expectations to ensure delivery against commercial and brand objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who is articulate, relationship-driven, culturally aware, and commercially minded - someone who enjoys representing a brand externally, thrives in networking environments, and understands how PR, influencer marketing, and strategic collaborations shape brand perception and customer demand across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Press & Media Relations (UK & USA)

  • Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and media contacts across leading UK and US publications.
  • Proactively pitch brand stories, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and culturally relevant narratives tailored to each market.
  • Coordinate press releases, editorial calendars, and product sample requests in line with campaign timelines.
  • Attend, coordinate, or represent the brand at media previews, press days, trade shows, and industry events across both regions.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers and creators aligned with the brand's positioning and target audiences in the UK and USA.
  • Develop influencer seeding calendars and paid partnership plans aligned to campaigns and product launches.
  • Negotiate partnership deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and commercial terms while ensuring premium, brand-safe collaborations.
  • Monitor influencer performance by market, analysing reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness to inform future activity.

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities with designers, retailers, hospitality brands, cultural institutions, and complementary lifestyle brands across both markets.
  • Lead early-stage discussions, concept development, and feasibility assessments for partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure alignment across Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to support successful execution.

Agency Management & Accountability

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for PR and influencer agencies across the UK and USA.
  • Review agency proposals, influencer recommendations, campaign plans, and reporting with an informed and strategic perspective.
  • Hold agency partners accountable for agreed timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Develop clear briefs and provide structured feedback to ensure activity aligns with brand strategy and commercial objectives.

Events & Relationship Management

  • Represent the brand at launches, exhibitions, previews, networking events, and relevant industry functions.
  • Plan, host, or support press and influencer events that deliver a premium brand experience.
  • Maintain regular relationships and informal touchpoints with key media contacts, stylists, creators, and partners to strengthen long-term engagement and advocacy.

Planning, Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain PR calendars, influencer trackers, collaboration pipelines, and campaign schedules across both markets.
  • Measure earned media value, reach, engagement, and qualitative brand impact separately for the UK and US.
  • Produce regular reports and share insights, learnings, and recommendations with Marketing, Creative, and senior leadership teams to optimise future activity.

Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years' experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Communications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing PR or marketing activity across multiple international markets.
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies while simultaneously building direct relationships with press, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence representing the brand in external conversations and networking environments.
  • Strong understanding of premium, lifestyle, or homeware brands and the cultural landscape that influences consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, product samples, and timelines across different markets.
  • Experience using influencer analytics, media monitoring, and reporting platforms is advantageous.

Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally across Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, and Commercial teams.
