Full job description

Click is looking for experienced freelance property photographers and floor planners to join our growing contractor network across London.

This role involves independently visiting residential properties and creating high-quality marketing content for estate agents, including professional photography and accurate floor plan sketches.

We are looking for reliable, detail-focused contractors who manage their time well, communicate clearly and take pride in representing themselves and Click professionally on-site.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who already works freelance, has their own equipment, enjoys managing their own schedule and wants to build a consistent working relationship with a property marketing company that can help fill their calendar.

The Role

You will attend pre-scheduled property appointments across London, capturing professional photography and producing accurate floor plan sketches on-site.

Your work will include:

  • Photographing residential properties to a professional standard
  • Creating accurate and detailed floor plan sketches using a laser measure
  • Attending appointments on time and managing your schedule effectively
  • Communicating clearly with Click’s support team when needed
  • Representing yourself and Click professionally with agents, homeowners, tenants and property managers
  • Following Click’s capture standards, floor plan requirements and service expectations

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for contractors who are committed, organised and serious about producing great work. You must have:

  • At least 2 years of property photography experience
  • A strong portfolio of interior/property photography
  • Experience creating accurate floor plan sketches
  • Your own professional equipment
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • A professional and polite manner on-site
  • The ability to work independently
  • Fluent English
  • Right to work in the UK

This role is not suited to someone looking for very occasional work or last-minute ad hoc jobs only. We are especially interested in contractors who can provide strong weekly availability, as the more availability you give us, the more efficiently we can schedule work for you.

Equipment Requirements

You will need your own:

  • Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera
  • 16mm lens, full-frame equivalent
  • Tripod
  • Laser measure / Disto

Why Work With Click?

Freelance work can be unpredictable. One week can be full, the next can be quiet. Click helps experienced property photographers and floor planners build more consistency into their calendars while still keeping the flexibility that comes with freelance work.

We work with estate agents across London and manage a high volume of property marketing bookings. Our role is to match that demand with reliable contractors who want regular work, clear communication and practical support.

With Click, you benefit from:

  • Consistent freelance work across London
  • The ability to give availability around your existing commitments
  • Support filling gaps in your calendar
  • Optimised routing and scheduling to reduce unnecessary travel
  • Bookings, client communication and post-production handled by Click
  • Paid training to help you understand Click’s standards and processes
  • Clear policies for common contractor frustrations, including cancellations, access issues and property readiness

We understand that your time matters. That is why our team works to schedule jobs efficiently, reduce avoidable travel and give contractors the information they need before attending a property.

Earnings

Earnings are based on the work completed, your availability, the services you provide and the volume of jobs we are able to schedule for you. Contractors with strong availability, reliable communication and consistent quality have the opportunity to earn up to £4,000 per month.
