About The Role

To sell or let a property, we first need to share its story - capturing its beauty, illuminating lifestyle possibilities and uncovering hidden potential. Your lens will be the secret weapon in capturing potential buyers’ and tenants’ imaginations.

Within the high-achieving Foxtons Specialist Video & Photography Team, you will cultivate a range of skills to produce top-quality marketing materials. Your photography, videos, floorplans and written content will appear on the Foxtons website, Rightmove, Zoopla and in our sales and letting particulars. For particularly spectacular or unique properties, your work will also appear in the press and on social media.

If you have a passion for London architecture and interiors, you will relish the opportunity to see inside an incredible range of homes. Each day, you will be invited to several properties where you'll put your expertise to work taking photographs, measurements and details. Then you'll either head back to one of the local Foxtons offices to prepare the marketing material or complete the listings while working from home.

We offer:
  • OTE Salary ranging from £27,650 - £45,150 based on performance
  • Monthly bonus/incentive scheme
  • Monthly cash prizes at team meetings
  • Company car, mobile phone and laptop, plus camera and all equipment provided
  • Operating costs including monthly fuel allowance and parking costs (paid in salary)
  • Comprehensive, ongoing training programme
  • Meaningful career progression dictated by performance
  • Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity networks with Foxtons-funded social events
  • One paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
  • Wellbeing package including enhanced sick pay, free confidential counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders, access to a coaching platform & subsidised gym membership
  • Legendary Christmas Party, Summer Sports Day, team nights out
  • Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave
  • Pension scheme

This role is based in the South Kensington, Sloane Square and Earl's Court area. You must be within a 45 minute commute. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm.

About You

We have the largest market share of any London estate agency brand,* so you will have the volume of properties to perfect your skillset. But that means you’ll need the determination to work to tight deadlines and the attention to detail to produce exceptional marketing materials at scale.

To ensure the high standard Foxtons is known for, you will be fully trained to work with the state-of-the-art equipment we provide and to use a range of new techniques. However, there are a few essential requirements to apply for this role.

You will need:
  • Strong photography skills
  • A driving licence – you will receive a company car.
  • Previous floor-planning experience
  • Excellent written English
  • Experience using photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom

About The Company

As London’s number 1 estate agency brand,* our customers choose us because we get it done. And we know it’s our people that make us so successful. In over 40 years serving London and the Home Counties, we have discovered a winning formula for creating driven and ambitious professionals. This includes the best training at every stage, market-leading technology and the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most influential professionals.

Is it important for you to know our Corporate Social Responsibility before you apply? Great, it’s important to us too. Whether we’re providing LGBTQ+ safe spaces, stocking our offices from charitable water suppliers or engaging in fabulous local events, our 50+ offices across London play a key part in our communities. We also offer annual paid time off for employees to volunteer at a charity of their choice. Many choose to support our partner, Single Homeless Project. This is London's largest homelessness charity, making a difference in 10,000 Londoners’ lives across all 32 boroughs.
