The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to elevate the online presence of Dean Banks Group’s venues and brands. This role is perfect for a social media enthusiast with a flair for storytelling, a keen eye for visuals, and a passion for engaging audiences. You will play a key role in shaping our digital identity and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and written posts) that reflects the Dean Banks Group’s brand values and aesthetic.

Manage and grow our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook, by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with our community.

Develop and execute social media campaigns to support business objectives, such as promoting new menus, events, or venue launches.

Monitor social media analytics to track performance, provide insights, and optimise content strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing, culinary, and events teams to align content with brand goals and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in social media management or content creation, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage

Skills:

Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content (photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in content creation tools

Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.

Personal Attributes: Self-starter, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling is a must.
