Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Insurance Specialist to join our qualified team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in insurance, customer service, and marketing within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and gain valuable experience in our highly specialised insurance market, with potential for career progression. The company will fund the CII qualification that you will be working towards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding various insurance products and services, providing tailored advice to meet their needs
  • Manage administration tasks, including processing applications and updating client records accurately
  • Conduct analysis of client data
  • Engage with clients via telephone, email and video call where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with team members on the different office tasks
  • Develop skills to effectively discuss policy options and terms with clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail in administration tasks, knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred but not essential.
  • Own transport is essential due to rural location.
