Key Objectives

Logistics Operations Excellence

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end logistics workflows using our platform's data and analytics
  • Troubleshoot complex fulfillment challenges across multiple warehouses and carriers
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and delivery metrics to ensure operational efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement technology-driven solutions

Technical Platform Management

  • Master our logistics platform to extract insights and drive operational improvements
  • Configure platform settings to meet specific client logistics requirements
  • Generate and interpret performance reports to guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with tech teams to enhance platform functionality based on operational needs

Client Partnership & Education

  • Translate complex logistics data into actionable recommendations for clients
  • Guide clients through platform capabilities to maximize their operational efficiency
  • Conduct platform training sessions and create technical documentation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client supply chains using our technology

Team Development & Process Innovation

  • Mentor team members on both logistics best practices and platform utilization
  • Develop standard operating procedures that leverage our technology stack
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve system integrations and workflows
  • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven decision making

What You Bring

Essential Requirements

  • Logistics expertise: Previous experience in logistics/fulfillment operations
  • Technical proficiency: Strong aptitude with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics platforms
  • Customer focus: Proven success in client-facing roles within logistics/e-commerce
  • Education: University degree
  • Communication: Excellent English skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Highly Valued

  • International shipping or cross-border logistics experience
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled services
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Call center or high-volume customer service background
  • Experience with API integrations or technical troubleshooting
  • Mandarin language skills (desired but not required)

Location & Working Arrangement

This is an independent contractor role. It is a Remote role based in the UK but there will be a requirement to visit our warehouses. International travel may be required occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
