Global Program Manager - STEM Education Outreach - Job Overview
At Creative Hut, we design and deliver innovative STEM education experiences that inspire young people through hands-on learning, technology, and creativity. As a Global Program Manager, you will play a central role in supporting one of our key strategic partners in the global rollout of their STEM Outreach Program.
This role sits at the heart of international program delivery — coordinating activity across multiple countries, aligning regional implementation teams, managing program workflows, and ensuring delivery is executed consistently, professionally, and with measurable impact.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable managing complex moving parts across multiple stakeholders, regions, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using project management systems and collaborative workflow platforms to coordinate programs, track progress, manage reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, program coordination, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Global Program Coordination
- Lead the planning and execution of global STEM outreach rollout across priority regions.
- Build relationships and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to ensure programs are implemented in line with partner objectives and local needs.
- Track program milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple countries.
- Identify risks and delivery challenges early and support resolution with internal and external teams.
- Manage program trackers, action logs, workflow systems, and operational documentation.
Project Management Systems & Process
- Lead the development and implementation of project management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, or similar systems to manage workflows, timelines, reporting, and program coordination.
- Establish and maintain structured program management processes to improve delivery consistency and operational efficiency.
- Track actions, dependencies, approvals, and program progress across multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement and manage dashboards, reporting systems, and project tracking tools for internal and partner-facing use.
- Ensure program documentation and operational processes are maintained to a high standard.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Act as the key point of contact between Creative Hut, our strategic partner, and regional delivery teams.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across education, community organisations, and corporate partner teams.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality communication between global leadership and local implementation partners.
- Lead partner meetings, program reviews, and follow-up actions.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly program reports including delivery updates, participation data, impact metrics, and key insights.
- Translate program activity into clear, partner-ready reporting that demonstrates value and outcomes.
- Ensure consistent and accurate data collection processes across all regions.
- Lead on tracking KPIs, program targets, and delivery performance.
Go-To-Market & Program Materials
- Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market materials to support regional program launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and marcomms teams to ensure messaging aligns with both partner brand guidelines and Creative Hut values.
- Contribute to case studies, impact stories, program summaries, and presentation materials.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination
- Act as a connector between departments including Delivery, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations.
- Ensure internal teams are aligned on program timelines, expectations, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Lead cross-functional planning meetings and track follow-up actions to completion.
- Drive operational consistency across regional program delivery.
Community Outreach & PR Support
- Support community engagement initiatives connected to program delivery.
- Gather PR and storytelling opportunities that highlight program impact.
- Develop and lead a consistent method for collecting and releasing, quotes, photography, and success stories from regional activity ensuring sign-off processes are followed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in program coordination, program management, project management, or a similar global delivery role.
- Experience working across multiple regions or international programs is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating complex projects through collaboration rather than authority.
- Strong understanding of program reporting, impact measurement, operational tracking, and delivery management.
- Experience using project management and workflow platforms such as monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Experience building or improving operational processes and program workflows would be advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Strong project coordination and workflow management capability.
- Confident working across cultures and time zones.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to translate complex program activity into clear reports and summaries.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong administrative and operational discipline.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using collaborative project management platforms.
Location & Travel
- Warrington based with flexibility for home working but with approximately 1 day every 2 weeks required in our London office.
- International travel opportunities may be required from time to time as part of program delivery and partner engagement.
