Join Our Coaching Team – Inspire the Next Generation!

We’re looking for passionate coaches across the UK to deliver top-quality football experiences. At PFA, we embrace a player-centred approach—focusing on individual growth, creativity, and learning without fear of failure.

We value people over paper and a no-ego culture—your ability to connect with and inspire children matters more than your certifications.

Location:

  • Mondays @ The Hamworthy Club, Magna Road, Canford Magna, BH21 3AP, 5.00pm-6.00pm (Paid for 1.5 hours)
  • Thursdays @ BH Live Active, Manor Farm Road, Bournemouth, BH10 7LF, 5.30pm-8.30pm

Role(s) available:

  • Academy Coach x 1

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sports background (desirable)
  • Minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification
  • 2+ years coaching experience
  • Current Enhanced DBS/Police Check, Safeguarding, and First Aid
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
