Join Our Coaching Team – Inspire the Next Generation!

We’re looking for passionate coaches across the UK to deliver top-quality football experiences. At PFA, we embrace a player-centred approach—focusing on individual growth, creativity, and learning without fear of failure.

We value people over paper and a no-ego culture—your ability to connect with and inspire children matters more than your certifications.

Location:

  • Fridays @ Monkton Wood Academy, School Road, Monkton Heathfield, Taunton, TA2 8PD, 5pm-6pm

Coaches are paid 1.5 x hours despite 1 hour session.

Role(s) available:

  • Academy Coach x 1

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sports background (desirable)
  • Minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification
  • 2+ years coaching experience
  • Current Enhanced DBS/Police Check, Safeguarding, and First Aid
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
