Join Aircoach

Aircoach is Ireland's leading private bus and coach operator, providing reliable and comfortable travel across some of the country's busiest routes.

We operate six key routes connecting Dublin Airport with Dublin City Centre and surrounding areas, alongside express services to Cork, Belfast, Belfast International Airport and Derry/Londonderry.

As part of FirstGroup plc, one of the world's largest surface transportation companies, we're proud to connect people safely, reliably and comfortably every day.

About the role

We're looking for Professional Coach Drivers to join our Belfast team.

This is much more than a driving role. As an Aircoach driver, you'll play an important part in helping passengers get where they need to be — whether they're travelling for business, heading off on holiday or simply making their daily journey.

You'll operate services between Belfast City and Dublin Airport, providing passengers with a safe, comfortable and welcoming experience throughout their journey.

You'll enjoy the independence of being on the road while also becoming part of a friendly, supportive team. With every journey bringing new passengers and experiences, no two days are quite the same.

What we're looking for:

  • Professional drivers who take pride in delivering excellent customer service
  • Full PCV (D) driving licence
  • Valid CPC card
  • Valid tachograph card
  • Fluent English — C2 level preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A safe, responsible and professional approach to driving
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends
  • Minimum age of 18
  • 12+ months' driving experience preferred

What we offer

We believe our people are at the heart of our success, which is why we offer a range of benefits designed to support you both at work and outside of work.

  • Fixed rest-day rosters to support a better work-life balance
  • £3 per hour overtime rate
  • 28 days' holiday per year, including bank holidays
  • Healthcare Cashback Plan
  • Pension Scheme
  • Free uniform
  • Paid CPC training
  • Free or heavily discounted travel on Aircoach and First Bus UK services
  • Discounts at The Loop, Dublin Airport Duty Free
  • Christmas voucher
  • Employee Assistance Programme with confidential 24/7 support
  • Cycle to Work Scheme

We believe in building an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive. Your wellbeing matters to us—both physical and mental—and we offer various health initiatives and round-the-clock support through our Employee Assistance Programme.

Ready to Apply? Join a team that values safety, support, and service. If you're ready to take the next step in your driving career, apply today and drive your future forward with Aircoach.

Applicants are advised that background checks will be conducted as a standard part of our recruitment process. Please note, having a criminal record will not automatically prevent you from working with Aircoach. Any information will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
