Package: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE: £40,000)

The Role:

  • Build relationships with businesses across Future Mobility, Clean Energy, Defence and Space
  • Headhunt high-calibre professionals for specialist and business-critical positions
  • Develop new client relationships and identify commercial opportunities within your market
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial conversations through to negotiation and placement

Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • B2B sales or previous phone based experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Personal achievements whether this is from sport, music, academics, or any other areas you’ve excelled in
  • You’re ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Strong work ethic
