Position Overview: As International Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue, expanding the customer base, and growing export sales across International regional markets.

This is a full-time, office-based role. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Ashbourne, Derbyshire office on a daily basis.

Acting as the primary point of contact for international customers, this role combines direct sales, technical expertise, and sales partner coaching and mentoring to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and raise MasterMover's global presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert international regional prospects into customers, ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
  • Drive new business and expand a global customer base through proactive prospecting and sustained sales activity.
  • Assess customer requirements remotely, provide expert guidance, and deliver accurate quotations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor international sales partners, providing technical support, marketing guidance, and strategic advice; monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner networks.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and actionable market feedback.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Distribution teams to support regional initiatives and raise brand awareness through promotional activities, demos and presentations.
  • Track competitor activity and maintain market intelligence using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Produce timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries.

Who we're looking for:

A strategic thinker with global perspective and market awareness, as well as business development and partner management expertise.

You will bring:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills across cultures.
  • Technical knowledge, including the ability to interpret drawings, provide solutions, and deliver product presentations remotely.
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proven B2B or industrial sales success, and consistent delivery of revenue growth.
  • Experience managing area and strategic accounts, driving portfolio adaptation and satisfaction.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience delivering consultative, solution-focused sales to diverse industries.

Exposure to manufacturing and technical processes is desirable, and multilingual skills are an advantage
