Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound international enquiries from initial contact through to order.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Develop existing customer accounts through repeat business, cross-selling and new applications.
  • Prepare quotations and provide consultative, technically informed solutions to customer requirements.
  • Manage and develop international sales partners, supporting their pipeline, activity and revenue performance.

  • Build strong customer and partner relationships and identify opportunities for increased market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reporting.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within a technical, engineering, industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong new business development and account management experience.
  • A consultative, solution-focused approach to sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand customer applications, drawings and specifications.
  • Experience managing customers, territories, distributors or sales partners.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and closing skills.
  • Commercially focused, self-motivated and highly organised, with strong pipeline management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working predominantly from an office environment and managing international customers and partners remotely.

Experience within manufacturing, material handling, machinery, automation or capital equipment would be highly advantageous.

International/export sales experience and additional language skills would also be beneficial.

Why Join MasterMover?

  • An opportunity to work for a globally recognised industry leader with a track record of innovation and excellence.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment that values creativity, initiative, and continuous learning.
  • Exciting career growth opportunities with a company that is committed to investing in its employees and promoting from within.
