We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join us as our Clinical Lead Nurse who will be responsible for building and running our Clinical Care Team for two different sites. We are also offering sponsorship for candidates requiring a visa.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and a commitment to delivering exceptional nursing care in a supportive environment.

Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for side effects and reactions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers within the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols.
  • A solid understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess patient needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
