Overview
The !Bugle Coaching Inn Yarmouth are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a lively environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and food safety within a dynamic setting. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing specialised drinks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
