Full job description
The Role
The Office Solutions division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for a Social media intern on behalf of our prestigious client based in Eastleigh.
We are looking for a person to manage our clients online presence which is the main role.
Part of this would be sat on reception where you also meet and greet guests to the site.
The role would suit someone that knows a little about Marketing and also has good online and people skills
The duties of the role will involve:
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Support and build up online presence
- Answer and forward phone calls
- First point of contact for any visitors
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
The Hours
Monday to Thursday
07:30 - 16:30 - 36hr week
Your Profile
In order to be considered for the role RECENT experience in the same or similar role, with ideally Administrative skills to support / Marketing would be advantageous
You will consider yourself enthusiastic, hardworking and a confident individual who can take great pride in this important role. You must be able to manage your time efficiently and feel comfortable in an automotive environment as well as being computer literate with excellent telephone manners.
The role is on a full time ongoing basis
