Market Research and Product Development:
- Identify new product opportunities by analyzing market trends and gaps.
- Participate actively in product development initiatives, feasibility projects, and innovation pipelines.
- Lead independent new product projects under the guidance of the company Director.
Operations and Sales:
- Take part in operations management, sales, and marketing activities.
- Monitor and manage stock levels across existing product lines.
- Communicate with suppliers and coordinate with internal teams such as CAD/render artists and graphic designers.
Accounting and Compliance:
- Gain exposure to accounting processes and industry-specific compliance measures.
- Contribute to documentation and process-checking workflows that ensure regulatory and financial accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate across departments to gain a deep, holistic understanding of the business.
- Assist in improving cross-functional workflows and data visibility.
Requirements:

- A-level minimum requirement: AAA (or overseas equivalent)
- STEM degree subjects preferred
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a keen eye for new product opportunities.
- High motivation levels and strong interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility for full-time employment in the UK.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is not a requirement.
Offer and Benefits:
The internship is a 12 month paid position with a salary of £50,000. For exceptional candidates, there will be an opportunity for full-time permanent position after the 12 month internship, accompanied by an attractive signing bonus of £5000 paid at 18 months of continuous employment.
