We are looking to hire a summer intern for 12 weeks, to enhance productivity, bring fresh perspective, and build talent pipeline for the future recruitment. This intern will support ongoing projects/ DRFs, contribute to department and site wide goals, mentored by senior team member whilst gaining valuable industry experience.
The intern will assist the engineering team with various tasks, including project support, technical documentation, and collaboration with team members. This role offers hands-on experience and professional development opportunities in a dynamic engineering environment.
Duties
Assist with research, analysis, and technical support for ongoing projects.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD, MATHCAD).
Demonstrates a strong passion for engineering, eager to learn, and keen on the energy sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Enjoys problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a keen eye for detail.
Enjoys working with technical details and is eager to utilise university knowledge in practical industrial settings.
