Client Solutions Graduate Programme

Who are we?

Enlighten Learning is a startup offering tailored one-to-one online tuition across GCSE and A-Level subjects. Our tutors are carefully selected high-achieving students from some of the UK’s leading universities, acting as guides for students throughout their educational journey. We ensure that every student is matched with a tutor that's right for them after having a consultation with each client.

Enlighten Learning started as a small idea between two friends who had seen the impact of Covid-19 on students’ education. Since then, we have grown into a fast-growing company with an office in Central London. To support our next stage of growth, we are now launching our Client Solutions Graduate Programme.

The programme is a highly competitive part-time opportunity for ambitious graduates looking to build transferable skills in sales, client service and operations within a startup environment. It is particularly well suited to those currently searching for their next or first full-time role, offering practical commercial experience that can strengthen future applications and give you relevant examples to speak about for future opportunities. You will also work directly with Enlighten Learning’s co-founders, receiving regular coaching, feedback and hands-on exposure to how a successful start-up grows day-to-day. Upon completion of the programme, you will also receive direct assistance with your applications for your next job.

Important Note: This is a part-time commission based role that is not meant to replace a full time income. Programme members will be paid a base amount from the second stage of the programme (see further details below).

About the Role

You will work as a Client Solutions Associate where you will be one of the key drivers of Enlighten Learning’s growth.

Your main responsibility will be to speak with lukewarm inbound leads who are actively looking for online tuition, understand their needs, and guide them towards using Enlighten Learning for their tutoring solution.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will:

  • Hold consultative calls with potential clients to understand their academic needs and advise them on the most suitable package.
  • Match the client’s student with a suitable tutor based on their needs and preferences.
  • Schedule and arrange the client’s first week of lessons, balancing the client’s and tutor’s availability.
  • Keep regular contact with the clients over their first week of lessons and solve any problems that might arise during onboarding whilst ensuring the CRM is up to date.

Most of these responsibilities will be done during ‘Call Shifts’. These are 3 hour timeslots throughout the week where you will be responsible for all incoming leads during the shift.

Time Commitment

This is a part-time, remote position that requires a minimum of 6 hours per week (split between 2 x 3 hour shifts) and around 1-2 hours per week of ad-hoc administrative work outside of shifts. Most shifts take place in the morning & evenings. On weekends, shifts are available anytime.

You will also be required to attend online learning & development and occasional visits to the office for in person training. Any training requiring travel and in person attendance will be fully paid for by the company.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for ambitious people who are hungry to prove themselves. You do not need sales experience. We care more about consistency, resilience & the hunger to be successful.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Self-Disciplined: You will need to consistently deliver at 100% effort despite regular rejection and continue working at a high standard with limited supervision.
  • Organised: You will have the responsibility of managing a large number of clients and ad-hoc tasks both during and outside of shifts.
  • Ambitious: This is a highly competitive role with many transferable skills where you will need to show consistent results in order to progress through the stages.
  • Entrepreneurial/ Self Starter: You get a large amount of autonomy in the role, with your success and compensation being directly related to your effort and ability.

Requirements

  • Be a recent university graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be a UK resident, with a UK bank account & phone number.
  • Able to travel to London occasionally.
  • Have a strong academic record at GCSEs & A-Levels.
  • Demonstrated success in target-led roles.

Nice to Haves

  • Interest/Experience in startup environments or entrepreneurship.
  • Extracurricular activities in high autonomy or leadership roles (e.g societies)
  • Experience in sales is welcome but not required.

This programme is split across 3 stages.

Start Date: 21st September 2026.
