Desktop Liability Adjuster

Job Location: UK Wide / Hybrid

Job Type: Permanent

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Liability Adjuster to work anywhere in the UK.


This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on investigating and handling property damage claims of differing values, working both independently and under referral. You will handle third party property claims for utility companies, using your skills to investigate and assess the claims, and instruct appropriate experts when needed. Soft skills and proactivity are important as well as attention to detail and good organisational skills.

With experience in claims, you will identify suspicious information, follow procedures to prevent fraud, and evaluate evidence. The client is very customer-focused. You will answer correspondence, handle calls, update clients, and maintain diary processes promptly and proactively. Experience with utility or wet peril claims is desirable.
