Are you a seasoned Telecoms Engineer seeking an exhilarating opportunity in a dynamic and rapidly evolving Telecoms/IT company? If you possess exemplary communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Telecoms Engineer reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our voice communications projects, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Network Operations and Troubleshooting: Expertly handle telecom systems and software support, including voice/cloud conferencing systems and IP video conferencing, to guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with B2B clients to understand and fulfill their telecommunication system requirements and expectations.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, support, and maintain telecom environments, administer voice systems, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Conduct post-mortem investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies, procedures, and technical papers.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide second/third-line support on voice and data issues, collaborate with the technical team, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Team Communication: Manage workload efficiently, communicate effectively with team members, and assist with special projects as needed.

Skills and Experience:

We're seeking candidates with:

  • Telecoms Engineering Experience: Previous experience in the hosted space is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Customer Service: A natural inclination towards delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, familiarity with Business Management systems (Autotask), and proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Valid UK Driving License: A requirement for field-based activities.

Location: Hybrid Role - Work from Home, Field, and Office.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
