Full job description

London-based financial services and technology group headquartered in Central London. Through its portfolio of businesses, the Group is engaged in corporate finance, financial technology, digital payments, embedded banking, and investment-related activities.

The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven, and commercially focused Senior Investment Broker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital raising initiatives for the Group’s EIS investment opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with sophisticated investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, and professional introducers.
  • Identify and convert new fundraising opportunities through your professional network and business development activities.
  • Present the Group’s investment propositions with confidence, professionalism, and commercial awareness.communication and service.forecasts.long-term growth objectives functions fintech sector.
  • Telesales position opening and closing inbound leads

Requirements:

  • Manage investor relationships throughout the fundraising process, ensuring a high standard
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate activity updates and sales
  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute fundraising strategies and support the Group’s
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, EIS investment trends, and the wider
  • Proven experience in investment sales, capital raising, or investment broking.
  • A successful track record of raising capital and achieving commercial objectives within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience raising capital under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
  • Previous experience within investment management, private markets, venture capital,
  • corporate finance, or wealth management.
  • A sound understanding of EIS, growth investing, and fundraising within the UK private
