Tanager Wealth Management is looking for an Investment Associate to join its growing Investment Team in the City of London. What you'll be doing

You'll work as part of the Investment Team, supporting a broad range of investment research, portfolio and reporting activity. This is a varied role where you'll be involved in the day-to-day work that supports investment decisions rather than simply providing administrative support.

• Working with Investment Strategists and Portfolio Managers to prepare investment proposals
• Researching UK and US investment products and producing clear investment research and analysis
• Analysing and monitoring model portfolios
• Preparing research, tax reporting and investment documentation
• Supporting investment-related requests from clients, advisers and colleagues
• Managing data systems used for investment management and reporting
• Supporting regulatory and transaction reporting
• Using analytical and technical skills to research information, respond to requests and communicate findings clearly

What we're looking for

This role will suit someone with experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management or investments, who wants to continue developing on the investment side. You'll bring strong attention to detail, a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in building your expertise within investments and portfolio management.

• Previous experience within financial services, ideally wealth management, investment management or a similar environment
• A genuine interest in investments, portfolio management and financial markets
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with data, reporting tools and systems
• Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to research and analyse information and communicate findings clearly

A degree together with a Level 4 qualification is preferred, although relevant experience will also be considered.
