It’s an exciting time to join Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH) as we expand and grow our business, whilst developing and improving existing services for our residents. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join NPH as an Asset Investment Manager.

The Role

  • To lead an asset investment team to deliver NPH’s annual asset investment programme, with customers put first throughout all activities.
  • Ensure the effective and consistent management of contracts for asset investment and support the delivery of compliance contracts’ including all other asset and estate management contracted services.
  • To lead and support a team in achieving excellent customer service and operational performance through effective asset investment.
  • Ensure consistent contract management, performance management and budgetary control across the projects.
  • Through effective leadership, to achieve a climate of continuous learning and customer service and operational improvement.
  • To ensure our housing and services meet local demand and provide value for money.
  • Ensure that the values and standards of the organisation and the service are built into all elements of service delivery.

What skills are we looking for?

  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Higher National Diploma in Building & Construction
  • Qualification in project management (CAPM, PMP from the PMI or, APM PMQ)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the housing sector
  • Experience of delivering asset investment programme of works and services to leaseholders and tenants
  • Knowledge and understanding of property maintenance and improvements
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in managing a multi-site service
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Financial management of budget performance for projects
  • First-class customer service skills
