Company Introduction

CTDI is a full service, global engineering, repair and logistics Company providing best cost solutions to many of the worlds’ premier brands. We support the entire product life cycle, from original design input, pre-sales testing, local customisation and configuration through to our field support activities that include technical assistance as well as product repair, replacement and refurbishment programs.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will manage day to day operational and financial performance for multiple customer accounts.

You are the first point of contact for the customer and customer engagement is key factor in being successful in this role.

Here are the main area’s you will be responsible for in this role:

· Prepare customer invoices (automated and manual) and validate supplier invoices.

· Provide regular reporting for assigned account.

· Monitor and manage WIP.

· Complete month end closing tasks.

· Manage KPIs and escalate performance issues.

· Hold P&L responsibility for assigned account, including risks, WIP and opportunities.

· Manage operational supplier relationship for assigned account (BAU).

Skills and Behaviours for Success

Success in this role is about both your technical capabilities and how you lead and support people.

· Understanding of operational workflows for assigned customer account.

· Competence in billing, WIP management, and month end processes. (P & L)

- Experience of knowledge of working within a telecommunications or logistics environment is key

· Able to analyse KPIs and escalate issues.

- High level of multi tasking as you will be maintaining multiple accounts at any time

· Excellent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

· Attention to detail and process orientated.

- Project management would be advantageous but not essential.
