Position
: Area Coffee Trainer - London
Location: The ideal candidate will live in London / near M25 area.
Job Type: Full time, permanent.
Hours: 40 hours per week,Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role:

The role holder is required to interact with customers at all levels across our customer base in the UK and Ireland. The role holder is required to interact effectively with managers and colleagues in other departments. This role holds an equipment budget for small parts ordered by sites in the trainers region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit (HC) area accounts each quarter to monitor progress & assess training needs in line with the brand standards
  • Deliver training sessions of all levels at customer sites & where required at customer/MA training centres
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring customers renew contracts
  • Deliver sales and margin growth
  • Manage customer account list by area
  • Deliver basic technical support onsite & over the phone, troubleshooting coffee machine issues, uploading new firmware & software & machine calibrations
  • Evaluate own performance to continually improve customer & colleague support
  • Desire to continually develop coffee knowledge & share with others
  • Act as an ambassador for the department and company

Experience:

Essential
  • Relevant experience in the retail sector
  • Clean drivers licence with post-pass driving experience
  • Experience of admin, planning and organisation

Desirable:
  • Experience in coffee sector
  • Experience in multi-site organisation or field-based role

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build rapport with customers and colleagues across the organisation
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate including use of word, power point, outlook, email and basic excel
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage own workload to expected standards
  • Ability to deliver creative and engaging training sessions
  • Ability to provide accountment management support across a broad range of customers
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow direction and work within agreed parameters
  • Good listening skills
