About the Role

We’re looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure and on-site networks and resources, along with product infrastructure across production and staging environments
• Deploy, monitor, and optimise cloud-native services
• Support containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Manage infrastructure availability, scaling, resilience, and disaster recovery processes
• Maintain and improve CI/CD and deployment workflows alongside the development team
• Securing the virtual and physical network environment down to edge nodes and devices
• Help to work towards full ISO 27001 certification

Reporting

• You will report to the Chief Operating Officer (who has a technical background)

What We're Looking For

• Methodical and careful: Pragmatic, iterative approach to building and maintaing compliant and minimalist infrastructure solutions
• Strong communicator: Able to communicate efficiently and appropriately to both non-technical and technical team members
• Experience working in a regulated environment: Understanding of concepts such as risks, controls, and ISMS and ISO compliance
• Team player: Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional team members to deliver a solution
