Hourly Rate: £12.77 - £13.00

As a Catering Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a key role in the day-to-day catering operation.

You will support the preparation and service of high-quality meals while ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will help guide the team and ensure smooth service delivery.

The Role

• Supervise and support a motivated, passionate catering team
• Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain excellent levels of hygiene and cleanliness across the site
• Uphold Health & Safety values, ensuring a safe and secure working environment
• Ensure meals are delivered promptly and accurately, meeting service deadlines
• Represent the catering and operations teams with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Carry out weekly stock takes and support stock control procedures
• Take responsibility for financial accountability and efficient use of resource

About You

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about food and service
• Previous catering experience is preferred, ideally with some supervisory responsibility
• Strong understanding of food hygiene principles and safe kitchen practices
• Confident in following instructions while also making decisions that benefit the customer
• Customer-focused, always putting the guest experience first
• A determined team player who works well with others and leads by example
