Full job description

Market 36 Recruitment are currently for a Wire Operative on behalf of our client based in Bishops Stortford on a permanent basis.

Main purpose of the role is to manufacture of wiring looms, harnesses and sub assembly items required to support the assembly and supply of capital equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manufacture of complete wiring looms

· Small wiring cable forms

· Population and wiring of electrical and control cabinets

· Circuit wiring for tank transducers

· Ensure all operations are complete and done correctly.

· Any other duties as required.

Experience, education & qualifications

· 2+ years’ experience with wiring installations

· Attention to detail.

· Electrical Cabinet and wiring loom experience

· Have the ability to communicate on all levels.

· Previous soldering or crimping experience.

· Ability to lift up to 20kg required.

· Confident using Word and Excel to a component level.

Salary: £31,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:00

Benefits: Annual Bonus, Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme, 25 days holiday, Free PPE, Free eye test plus contribution towards glasses.
