Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new techniques or recipes as appropriate

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or working towards Head Chef role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food production processes
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity in menu planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
