What knowledge you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience of working in a high-end restaurant with Italian cuisine.
  • Awareness of manual handling and COSHH regulations
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Competent English communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge across all kitchen sections
  • Ability to produce high-quality food
  • Effective oral communication and team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy
