Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills when processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
