Your job as a “Delivery Consultant” will include:

  • Lead generation and gathering market intelligence.
  • Distribution of leads to recruiters.
  • Delivery of live requirements.
  • References gathering of all candidates shortlisted.
  • Writing and posting job adverts.
  • Building relationships.
  • Screening CV’s.
  • Qualifying job specifications.
  • Placing candidates on client projects.
  • Update CRM system daily.
  • Managing the cleansing of database/ CRM
