We are looking for an experienced ITALIAN Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and knowledge for Roman cuisine, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Ci Tua!Osteria Romana is a well-established and beloved Italian restaurant located in the heart of Portobello Road. Known for our authentic Roman dishes, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service, we are dedicated to providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Ensure high quality and consistency in food presentation and taste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff during absence of Head Chef
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

-Must have a Level 3 Food and Hygiene certificate.
