Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

Be able to work as part of a team and independently, adhere to food hygiene regulations and keep highest standards of food quality and presentation as well as completing paperwork .

Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preference.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
  • Manage inventory
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of special events or themed menus as required.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is essential.
