Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lettings process, supporting both landlords and prospective tenants.
It offers hands-on exposure to the UK residential property market and is well-suited to candidates looking to build or further develop a career in real estate and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
Liaise with landlords and maintain strong client relationships
Explain rental terms and support negotiations
Prepare and manage tenancy-related documentation
Support the move-in process and associated checks
Monitor local market trends and competitor listings
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have

Right to work in the UK
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Basic IT skills and administrative capability

Nice to Have

Experience in residential lettings or real estate
Knowledge of the UK rental market
Target-driven or commission-based sales experience

Language Requirements
