As a Sales Assistant at Jack Wills, you're the face of the brand on the shop floor, helping customers find their look, sharing styling advice, and bringing the spirit of Jack Wills to every interaction. What You'll Do

  • Greet every customer with energy and confidence.
  • Offer personalised style advice and product recommendations that land.
  • Deliver engaging, premium service that reflects the Jack Wills identity.
  • Keep visual and presentation standards sharp across the shop floor and stock areas.
  • Support replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
  • Work with your team to hit sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
