Full job description

Aki is a modern Japanese restaurant and lounge bar opening in a landmark London venue.

Role
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service at the bar and lounge
Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks, ingredients and allergens
Ensure the bar is clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service
Support smooth bar operations while working closely with floor, kitchen and management teams
Contribute to an engaging and high-energy guest experience

Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality bar or restaurant environment
Strong communication and guest service skills
Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar preparation techniques
Well-presented, organised and calm under pressure
Team player with a passion for hospitality
Experience in high-end, cocktail-led or Japanese venues is an advantage
