Full job description

Hiring for a new opening, opening in the first half of November 2026.

Sushinoya is part of a dynamic and growing restaurant group focused on innovation and operational excellence. Join our team to help create delicious sushi and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Positions available:

  • Sushi kitchen
  • Food preparation, including fryer and rice preparation
  • Front of house

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain adequate food stock throughout the day
  • Deliver attentive and friendly customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and attention to detail
