EEL SUSHI - Chef de Partie

Eel Sushi is looking for a skilled and driven CDP or Hot Chef to join our kitchen team.

We are a quality-led sushi and Japanese kitchen focused on precision, consistency, and flavour. This role is ideal for a sushi chef who thrives in a fast-paced service, takes pride in clean execution, and wants to grow within a focused, ambitious team.

The Role

As CDP / Hot Chef, you will:

  • Run the hot section during service with confidence and consistency
  • Prepare and execute dishes to spec with attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and prep discipline
  • Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
  • Calm under pressure and organised during busy services
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and good attitude
