Bartender – NAMI Sushi Bar

About Us

NAMI Sushi Bar is an exciting new Brazilian-inspired Japanese restaurant opening in Tooting. We combine high-quality sushi, vibrant cocktails, and exceptional hospitality to create a unique dining experience.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and experienced Bartender to join our opening team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new concept and help establish one of South London’s most exciting dining destinations.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, sake, and soft drinks to a high standard.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.

* Ensure all drinks are prepared consistently and efficiently.

* Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

* Follow all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene procedures.

* Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

* Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant.

* Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar operations.

* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and presentation.

* Availability to work evenings and weekends.

* Right to work in the UK.
