Calling all Sushi Chefs! A great opportunity has arisen here at Dinings SW3, and we are currently looking for a committed and yet very experienced Sushi Chef to join us.

Come and join our forever expanding team here at Dinings SW3 as a Sushi Chef, where you will get the chance to work and meet all staff members from all different walks of life but also work in a vibrant and rewarding company that’s willing to help you expand your skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is friendly, courteous and professional at all times
  • Can follow the recipes and maintain the food costs set by the company at all times.
  • Can maintain high standards of appearance of the restaurant including personal appearance
  • Make frequent suggestions to your direct supervisor in order to bring the standard up and keep your skills up to date.
  • Is able to demonstrate skills and competencies to the art of sushi making
  • Is capable of preparing their designated section prior to each shift
  • Ensure that all required ingredients are prepared and ready for service
  • Must be able to report for duty on time and dress appropriately
  • Must Follow all legal compliance and hygiene regulations
  • Must be willing to think outside the box and help attract customers with new ideas by working within a team and getting feedback from management.

Qualifications and Skills:

You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a fine dining sushi food operation.

You are expected to have a thorough knowledge of Sushi cuisine and Japanese culture.
