We are looking for Sr Java Full stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS, along with experience building AI/agentic solutions. This role requires someone with strong ownership, technical leadership, and the ability to drive projects end-to-end and work in the client location in London at Hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.
• Own the complete software lifecycle — from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based workflows, autonomous agents, copilots, and orchestration frameworks.
• Design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud-native systems on AWS.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive technical best practices, code quality, engineering standards, and system reliability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Participate in architectural discussions, technical planning, and strategic technology decisions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, testing strategies, and DevOps best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, agent frameworks, and modern engineering trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 - 8 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in: Java , Spring Boot / Microservices, React.js, REST APIs, AWS cloud services
• Proven experience designing and deploying distributed cloud-native applications.
• Mandatory hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications and agentic systems.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI integration patterns.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong system design and architecture capabilities.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaborator with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
• Willingness to work at client office in London on hybrid basis.
